The hotel is honestly a great spot overall. Arrived on a Thursday and the front desk lady was very welcoming. Had a bit of an issue with our identification. My wife made the reservation and has a US Residence VISA they wouldn't take. Took a bit of arguing but they finally accepted it. Just a bit of an inconvenience. Had a few meals at the restaurant/ bar and our waiter Canek I believe was his name gave incredible service as well as every other person that worked during my stay. Our room attended Luna also was very helpful. We had 3 rooms and 12 guests with us and she was able to take care of all our mess! The pool was a really cold however and the gym a tad small. All in all, a small and cozy hotel! Will back again! Still have one more night, I'll see how it goes.

Very Good Hotel. The breakfast is great. The swimpool are super good. I've being in vercruz several times and I really suggest this Hotel. If have the opportunity ask for the suites in front of swimpool.
